When Casey sent through her inspiration picture's I already knew the perfect lace for her! I had been crushing on this beautiful ornate cotton lace with it's unique edge detail and she fell in-love with it too.
Casey wanted a fitted bodice with a really full skirt and long train. She chose nude lining to make the details of the lace stand out. I really wanted to have the beautiful edging along the whole skirt hem, so edging was cut around then stitched along the edge of the lace design to give a seamless finish.
