Here are some of our most frequently asked questions and answers.
How far in advanced should I order my bridal look?
All good things take time. Every order is custom made to your rockstar requirements so we like brides to get in touch at least 6 months out to allow for busy periods and fabric delays. But hey, sometimes you just can’t wait! If you need a dress sooner send us an email and we can suggest styles and fabrics that can be made sooner.
Do I have to attend design sessions and fittings in person?
The short answer, NO! If Covid has taught us anything it’s how to zoom like a pro! We can have design sessions over zoom and send you design sketches and fabric swatches. Most of our styles have already been fitted to perfection and we make slight adjustments for your measurements. We work with high quality stretch fabrics which help us achieve the perfect fit without the need for endless appointments.
Can I bring my bridal party to my design studio session?
We offer you the champagne experience to bring all your bridesmaids; mother, grandma and whoever else wants to share this special moment at the final fitting. We recommend keeping the number of people at the design studio session to a minimum as this can be quite lengthy and requires lots of discussion and decision-making. As the saying goes ‘too many cooks spoil the broth’ and we are making your dream look, not theirs. We have a lot of brides come on their own or just bring one person who knows them well and is in tune with their style.
What shipping methods do you use?
Don’t stress we’re pro’s. We offer free express postage on all orders. Your dress will be packaged professionally in a garment bag and special box to avoid crushing then will be sent via express registered post so we can track it’s where abouts at all times.
Can I receive a swatch of the fabric?
Sure thing! We have some amazing fabric options to view at our studio design consultations. If you’re not already in love with us you definitely will be once you receive you’re your custom bridal fashion Illustration, complete with fabric swatches. This is all included in the design process.
If you just can’t wait and would like to compare different fabrics, like yesterday, you can request a number of fabric swatches for the price of $10 that will be refunded once you place an order.
